This week is White Ribbon Week! The theme this year is I've Got The Power, digital citizenship for schools. Each day this week our students will learn a new lesson to help them with digital safety. 

Monday: "I have the power to not view embarrassing pictures or share hurtful words." They will talk about having empathy in their classrooms. During Lunch they got a "power bar" after saying the statement.

Tuesday: "I have the power to turn it off." They will be discussing I'm in charge of protecting me.

 This coming up week is our white ribbon week where our students will be learning about the importance of Internet safety. To kick it off our PTA would like to invite our parents to a meeting in the cafeteria Monday, February 25 at 10 AM. They will be sharing five power boost to help protect your student online. Thanks for all you do!

All of our 5th grade students and some of our 6th grade students did an amazing job at our science fair! After judging 10 students moved forward to the district level. Way to go Lions! Good luck.

WANTED - YOUTH WILDLIFE ARTISTS

2nd grade's 100's day had STEM activities with 100 pieces in each activity. They worked as teams. Students got to do each station. Great work second grade students. 

2nd-grade students in Mrs. Melander and Mrs. Haskell's class have been working hard on reaching 100% of addition and subtraction facts. Those who have received certificates for there achievement. 

One of our 5th grade students found this week's Pawkemon! Way to go Lion, keep up the great observation skills.

First and second grade had a visit from Provo Dental Alliance. They preformed a  marionette show teaching our students the importance of taking care of your teeth.
