They both recently graduated from BYU, and they can't wait to start working with all the wonderful, friendly people who interact with the school. If you see them in the halls, be sure to say hello! The Wilson Elementary School choir concert will be tomorrow, December 9th, at 7:00pm in the school cafeteria. The students were given the opportunity to hear from our choir this afternoon, and the singers did a beautiful job! There is a lot to be excited for in this Christmas concert. Bring your family and enjoy a fun-filled, celebratory evening with the choir!
Last week our school had the pleasure of learning about opera music from the Utah Opera! The kids had a fun time listening to the visitors' operatic voices, learning new music terms like soprano, alto, tenor, bass, and aria, and watching their acting while singing. The presenters took part in a "So You Want to Be an Opera Star?" contest, which was entertaining and enlightening. Thanks to the Utah Opera for coming to our school!
